Return Process

    Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack the cartridges in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
